EARTHING SHEET

The earthing sheet is a cotton sheet that is placed over your bed and plugged into a standard power socket; electricity is not used because the plug from the sheet merely connects to your earthing pin. The grounding electrons are then carried through the sheet and delivered to you via the silver thread that is weaved throughout.

The theory is that you stay in touch with the grounding

 energy of the soil during the night, which improves your quality of sleep and lowers inflammation.

WHAT IS GROUNDING?

This explains why it's said that strolling in the outdoors bare-foot  is beneficial to our health: we're in contact with these negatively charged electrons, which aid in neutralising and preventing the accumulation of positive free electrons.
